Bought this for my mom, and she loved it!

Bought this as a gift for my mom for Christmas, because she is a HUGE Dark Shadows fan and also actually chats with Kathryn Leigh Scott (apparently she’s very chatty on social media sites). What attracted me to this one, and made me get it over the other Dark Shadows books that WERE on here list was because this book is currently out of print. I’m very charmed with books like that, and I think something can be said for how interesting first edition, collector books can be.
The book was in lightly used condition (to be expected), but unexpectedly there were a ton of newspaper clippings and articles that the previous owner had clipped out and put in the book. They all had to do with Dark Shadows. My mom loved these! They were the genuine article clippings from the 80s and 90s, too.
So I give it 5 stars because it was a great surprise gift for my Mom, and something unusual she didn’t even know about.

there is so many things to say about my scrapbook memories of dark shadows except when reading it i felt like i was on a personal tour of the show i enjoyed reliving the memories of the show through the pictures that she graciously provide as well as the memories on how she got started on the show i recommend this book to fans of dark shadows old and new that love dark shadows once again thanks kathryn for providing your fans a glimpse of the memories the you shared

Wonderful book

I only recently got into Dark Shadows when I bought the complete series. I have since purchased several of Kathryn Leigh Scott's books (on her Pomogranate Press label). This is her first book and is long out of print. I was fortunate enough to get a mint condition copy autographed to me by Kathryn herself. It was pricey but well worth it. The book is an entertaining read and is hardbound with dozens of picures on quality glossy paper. Kathryn is a classy lady and tells her stories without being gossipy. I have the later 35th version of the book also. That edition has more content, but this one is nicer.
